Morphoses works with select clients to secure venture or strategic financing through our extensive network of venture capital, private equity and strategic investor contacts. We help our clients raise capital to fund product development and growth acceleration but also to finance acquisitions or for recapitalization. We work with management throughout the fundraising process including identifying the appropriate subset of investor candidates, developing investor presentations and due diligence information, and negotiating terms and conditions with interested parties.
