• Three to 5 years experience with C++ and Java.
• Strong Websphere/Visual Age skills (i.e. ability to create browser based systems in this environment.)
• Experience with HTML/XML, JSP, Java Script.
• Must have knowledge of standard HTML tags and syntax, as well as a good understanding of emerging Web technologies.
• EJB, ATG Dynamo, Netscape Application Server (KIVA) IBM Websphere and or Weblogic a plus.
• Working knowledge of Sybase, SQL Server 6.5; or Oracle RDBMS a plus.
• Strong team ethic. (i.e. able to work with and lead a group of programmers.)
• Strong Data Modeling & Object design skills.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Methodology experience a plus.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.

• Producing browser-based, database-driven systems using Java-based application server platforms such as ATG Dynamo and IBM WebSphere.
• Provide full life cycle development.
• Configure system architecture.
• Manage tasks and assignments of the team.
• Scope engagements and design solutions.
