Morphoses is looking for qualified individuals who have the ability to market and sell multimedia marketing services. We offer very flexible schedules, so you can even do a full or a part time job at the same time. Representatives are needed to take over established territories within the United States and abroad. We require a positive attitude and sense of urgency, along with sufficient work ethic to achieve the desired results. Must be comfortable developing innovative sales initiatives based on our business model. We like strong executive selling skills, negotiation skills and industry knowledge. Experience selling enterprise solutions where there are a multitude of influencer's and decision makers is also a plus.

Our sales representatives are paid based on quota objectives and are 100% commission based. We believe sales is a key aspect to our business and reward our reps with substantial commission rates and growth potential. During the first 90 days, we help you to focus on identifying opportunities. You will learn and practice all the different methods of identifying prospects, while you develop a solid list of potential opportunities. You'll learn to use our sales force automation software to tract opportunities, generate proposals for your prospective customers, and manage your time on a day-to-day basis. Your Sales Manager and General Manager will assist you in evaluating and closing business during your first year. Technical Media sales is preferred by not required. Many of our successful sales representatives come to us with outside sales experience in areas outside of the technology industry.

Average total compensation of technical Sales Representatives working part time yearly with Morphoses, Inc. is 54,000.00 USD to USD 64,000 per year. Our benefits package does not apply to part time or contract sales representatives.
