Your qualifications should include:

• At least three to four years of experience designing, creating, and producing Macromedia Flash and/or Director movies, interactive advertising, and web infrastructures.
• Advanced Multimedia skills, including expertise in ActionScript and experience in creating dynamic content applications with XML.
• Intermediate skills using Macromedia Dreamweaver, Director, Photoshop, Premier, UltraDev, and ColdFusion.
• 2-3 years experience in concept development, storyboarding, high-end video production.
• Familiarity with server-side technology and scripting for ColdFusion, J2EE, ASP, or .NET platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Macintosh and/or PC experience.

Are you a meticulous, motivated, creative genius who knows how to finish a project under the gun and has at least 4 years of interactive design experience? You must know a lot about bits, bytes, and moving pixels and have plenty of experience designing for Video and the web. We will want a portfolio demonstrating your abilities with Photoshop, After Effects, Flash, and Premiere. Team play and the ability to take direction are crucial to this position.

• Design, create, and produce interactive designs for the Morphoses Multimedia Business Unit, such as: rich media ads, presentations, and product demos.

• Experience working as part of an in-house creative services team or interactive advertising agency.
• Understanding of the implications of designing for localization, including the use of double-byte languages.
• Software marketing experience, especially with web-related technologies.
